At Valtin Apparel, we work with a wide range of clothing brands, designers, private label buyers, and sourcing teams. However, some projects are a better fit for our production model than others.
This page is designed to help you quickly understand whether we may be the right manufacturing partner for your brand, your product, and your current stage of development.
We are not a print-on-demand supplier or a one-piece custom clothing shop. We are a custom apparel manufacturer focused on sample development, fabric sourcing, garment production, quality control, and bulk manufacturing for brands that are ready to build real products.
We Are Best For Startup and Growing Fashion Brands
Valtin Apparel is a good fit for startup and growing fashion brands that are looking for a reliable manufacturing partner to support product development and production.
Many of our clients are building their first collection, preparing a new product launch, or scaling from small trial orders into more structured production. We understand that early-stage brands often need more than just a factory. They need guidance on fabric selection, sample development, sizing, workmanship, cost control, and production planning.
If you have a clear design idea, reference images, a tech pack, or a target product direction, our team can help you move from concept to sample and then from sample to bulk production.
We Are Best For Brands With Clear Product Direction
We work best with clients who can provide clear product information.
This may include a tech pack, measurement chart, reference garment, design sketch, fabric idea, decoration details, logo files, or photos showing the style and fit you want to achieve.
A complete tech pack is always helpful, but it is not always required at the beginning. If you do not have a full tech pack yet, you can still send us your reference images, target fabric, quantity, size range, and target price. Our team will review the project and let you know what is possible.
The clearer your product direction is, the faster and more accurately we can help you develop the sample.
We Are Best For Custom Apparel Projects
We specialize in custom clothing production rather than ready-made blank garments.
Our production is suitable for brands that need custom fabric, custom fit, custom labels, custom trims, printing, embroidery, washing, packaging, and other brand-specific details.
We can support a wide range of apparel categories, including:
- Custom T-shirts
- Oversized T-shirts
- Hoodies and sweatshirts
- Joggers and sweatpants
- Shorts
- Streetwear
- Activewear
- Dresses
- Knitwear
- Denim
- Jackets
- Private label clothing
Whether you are developing a heavyweight hoodie, a washed oversized T-shirt, an activewear set, a custom dress, or a private label collection, our team can help review the construction, fabric, workmanship, and production feasibility.
We Are Best For Streetwear, Activewear, Casualwear, and Fashion Brands
Our factory network and production experience are especially suitable for streetwear, activewear, casualwear, and fashion-focused apparel projects.
For streetwear brands, we can support oversized fits, heavyweight cotton, French terry, fleece, garment wash, acid wash, screen printing, digital printing, puff print, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, and custom packaging.
For activewear brands, we can help with stretch fabrics, sports bras, leggings, tanks, training shorts, performance tees, flatlock stitching, heat transfer logos, and private label details.
For fashion and casualwear brands, we can support woven garments, knitwear, denim, dresses, jackets, and other customized apparel products depending on the design requirements.
We Are Best For Brands That Need Sampling Before Bulk Production
We believe sampling is an important part of custom clothing manufacturing.
A sample allows you to check the fit, fabric, workmanship, decoration, color, sizing, and overall quality before moving into bulk production. This is especially important for custom garments, new designs, special washes, embroidery, printing, or complex construction.
Our standard sample lead time is usually around 15–20 days, depending on the design, fabric, and workmanship. Complex garments, special fabrics, or custom trims may require more time.
After the sample is completed, we can review your feedback and adjust the garment before bulk production.
We Are Best For Orders Around Our Standard MOQ
Our standard MOQ is usually 150 pieces per color per style.
This quantity helps us manage fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing, labeling, packing, and quality control in a more stable and cost-effective way.
For some simple designs or available fabrics, lower quantities may be possible with adjusted pricing. However, very small orders are usually not suitable for our production model.
If you are not sure whether your order quantity is workable, you can send us your design, quantity, size range, and target price. We will review the project and let you know what is realistic.
We Are Best For Buyers Who Value Communication and Long-Term Cooperation
Custom clothing production requires clear communication.
From fabric selection to sample development, from size grading to decoration methods, and from production planning to final inspection, many details need to be confirmed step by step.
We work best with clients who value communication, understand the importance of sampling, and are looking for a long-term manufacturing partner rather than only the lowest possible price.
Our goal is not just to make one order. Our goal is to help brands build reliable products, improve future production, and create a smoother development process over time.
Projects We May Not Be the Best Fit For
To save your time, we also want to be transparent about the types of projects that may not be the best match for our current production model.
We may not be the right fit for:
- One-piece custom clothing orders
- Print-on-demand orders
- Extremely low-budget projects
- Orders far below our standard MOQ
- Projects without any clear design direction or reference
- Products that require highly specialized machinery outside our production capabilities
- Buyers who need instant production without sample development or proper confirmation
If your project is very small, urgent, or mainly based on single-piece customization, a local tailor, blank apparel supplier, or print-on-demand company may be more suitable.
How We Usually Work
Our usual development process is simple and structured.
First, you send us your tech pack, reference images, design details, quantity, size range, and target price if available.
Then our team reviews the design, fabric, workmanship, decoration, and production feasibility.
After that, we confirm the sample cost, estimated production cost, lead time, and key details before starting sample development.
Once the sample is completed, you can review the fit, fabric, workmanship, and overall quality. If adjustments are needed, we can discuss the changes before moving forward.
After the final sample and order details are approved, we can begin bulk production, quality control, packing, and shipping.
Not Sure If Your Project Is a Good Fit?
If you are not sure whether your project is suitable for our production model, feel free to contact us.
You can send us your tech pack, reference images, target quantity, size range, fabric requirements, decoration details, and target price. Our team will review the information and give you honest feedback on what is possible.
At Valtin Apparel, we believe good production starts with clear communication, realistic planning, and the right manufacturing match.
If your brand is ready to develop custom apparel with a professional production partner, we would be happy to learn more about your project.
