Here are the following things we’ll require and the details to take note of before we can begin of the exciting journey of creating your brand.

Logo Files

Your logos in a vector file format like. AI, .PSD, EPS, SVG, or PDF. Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in a vector file format with dimensions stated

Garment Design

Designs Tech Pack

Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

Mesurement

A spec sheet of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used. Because using raw body measurements without allowances can result in tight, restrictive, or uncomfortable clothing.

Some Kind Tips Before You Start

What is your average cost of production?

The cost of production depends on various factors including the type of fabric, the quantity, and the process required for the garment. On average, our clients often allocate budgets ranging from $6,000 for a t-shirt collection to $8,000 for hoodies comprising 400 pieces.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) required?

The minimum order requirements are 200 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN.

For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.

What are your typical lead times for clothing production?

The time needed for prep work varies from person to person However, when the pre-production samples are confirmed, the production time is basically around 25 days.

Transportation time depends on location. Typically, shipping time by air is usually around 15 days.

STEP 1: CONTACT WITH US & DESIGN SUBMISSION

Upon submitting your inquiry, we will engage in a conversation regarding your project requirements. Following the receipt of your design submission, we will calculate and send you a tailored price estimate for your project.

Garment-Designing

STEP 2: SOURCING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Don’t have a tech pack? No problem – we can make samples based on your inspiration pictures. If the price estimate is accepted, we will procure appropriate fabrics and trims for your designs and present them to you for your selection.

STEP 3: SAMPLE MAKING

 2-3 weeks

We do charge a sample fee depending on the style, but rest assured that this sample fee is credited against the cost of the official order. Upon receipt of the sample fee, we reconfirm the details of the samples, and upon confirmation, we will start arranging for the samples to be made, which will take about 2 weeks.

Ethical Production - Clothing Manufacture

STEP 4: BULK PRODUCTION

 4-6 weeks

After you’ve given your approval for the samples and made the required down payment, we will proceed with bulk production.

STEP 5: QUALITY CHECKS & APPROVAL

 3-7 days

After the bulk production is finished, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will randomly select production samples and ask you to confirm by means of photos or physical.

Shipment

STEP 6: SHIPMENT

Time depends on the way of transportation

We’ll assist you in dealing with the shipping documentation and coordinate the delivery of your garments right to your warehouse. At this stage, the final payment for the remaining balance and shipping costs will be necessary before we initiate the shipment of your products.
